Anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress. It’s a feeling of fear or apprehension about what’s to come.
If the feeling of fear stays with you all the time you might have what is called an Anxiety Disorder. It is a form of nervousness, perturbation, or fear that is resolute at times overwhelming and can mostly interfere with their daily lives. At some point, everyone has felt this kind of anxiety. However, some people may have an anxiety disorder, which is when these feelings of fear or worry are persistent, excessive, and interfere with daily life over several months.
