Depression

Most people understand sadness because we've all experienced it at some point in our lives. Depression is always much more complicated and we may find that those around us, struggle to understand what we're going through - after all, it doesn't always make sense to us either. It is a serious disorder marked by disturbances in mood, physiology, perception, and social functioning. People can experience deep sadness and feelings like sorrow, emptiness, and despair. These features of depression have expanded to include an inability to experience pleasure, stagnant movements, changes in sleep and eating behaviour
depression is hardly an incurable state. It just a feeling or a forced emotion that our mind produces in our weak state. when you experience only negative emotions constantly, shutting them off becomes the only option you can think of especially after nothing else seems to work.
